About Aruhatala

Aruhatala of Telos, a woman from the Fifth Dimension, has come to help us release our inner distortions (blocks, traumas, personal patterns), and move toward our personal and planetary evolvement–in a loving, heart focused way.

Telos, where she comes from, is a city under Mt Shasta, which exists in the Fifth Dimension. The Telosians are descendants of Lemuria, who are highly spiritually developed. They have chosen to come to us now at the beginning of the Aquarian Age to help us in our evolution. Aruhatala was asked by the Telosian high council to work with Third Dimensional beings (us). She describes it as standing at the gates of Telos, and as we come to her, she works with us to release our complexes and evolve toward ascension.

Sometimes I have wondered if what Aruhatala says is coming from me, since I have such a strong transpersonal grounding and knowledge. In response, she has said that she comes through me because I have many psychic and psychological skills that she can rifle through my knowledge base and use it to help explain things to her audience. However, the knowledge and exercises that she gives people are definitely hers, coming from a place that I can only access when I channel her. For example, a woman presented a problem that I could easily address from my transpersonal perspective. But Aruhatala proceeded to take us far beyond the merely psychological—and blew us both away with the experience.

Over the years, I have been amazed by her practical and profound wisdom. She answers questions very clearly; she is astute in her observations, and her exercises are spot on. I have found her tremendously wonderful and loving, heart-centered, and warm, caring and supportive.

Ultimately, I can say, I’m just so grateful she is in my life.
